Allah's name be praised, the Holy Islamville Hiking Club completed its first camping/hiking adventure in October of 2003.

The camping adventure began with an overnight camp at the bottom of Mount Mitchell on Saturday.

The brisk hike to the top of Mount Mitchell commenced on Sunday.

 

The adventure was spearheaded and lead by Town Councilman Sayeed Shakir Sahib. Participants consisted of Holy Islamville Town residents, all of whom were very happy to accomplish the 12 mile hike. Future trips will come, ranging from Mountain hikes to skiing, if Allah Almighty wills.
